JORHAT, Feb 4 – The 80th annual conference of the All Assam Ministerial Officers’ Association will be held at Jorhat Sankardev Seminary on February 10 and 11. A reception committee was formed in this regard with Rana Goswami, the local MLA of Jorhat constituency as its president. About 500 representatives from 42 branches of the association are expected to participate in meeting.Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi will be the chief guest in the open session. The souvenir will be released by Deva Kumar Bora, press adviser to CM. The state government has granted special leave for the delegates going to take part in the function. This was informed by Tanu Krishna Goswami and Anup Kumar Borthakur, president and general secretary of the association respectively.
