DIBRUGARH, Jan 1: The 21st Road Safety Week (RSW), organized jointly by the District Transport Office and the Dibrugarh Traffic Police, flagged off here today with launching of a number of programmes on road safety. The programme will continue till January 7.
The Road Safety Week is being observed with an aim to minimize the ever increasing road mishaps by sensitizing the people on road safety rules. Awareness programmes are being held during the week in order to make aware the people on traffic rules and the steps, to be taken in driving the vehicles.
