GANGTOK, Jan 10: After a few days of silence Goley has once more entered into the batting position suppressing the government’s dose of indecent show cause notice to 31 government employees for violating the service rules and regulation. This time the dissident MLA has charged the government against the delay in dispensing the new salary as per 4th Pay Commission and disbursing the arrear of allowances in pieces instead of providing in lump some.
Goley intimated that government employees were suffering heavy due to rising inflation and themselves being cut off from the various salaried applicable benefits. As per the others States in the country have already received their 100 per cent allowances and arrears except in Sikkim there is a lag of implementation of new pay revision, terming this as a serious scenario for government in coming time.
