JORHAT, Nov 27: Lahdoigarh police arrested two persons in connection with selling of an elephant tusk at the Lakhipriya Hotel here this evening. The two, Partha Baruah of Axoybari, Meleng and Pranjal Thakur of Kenduguri Bamungaon were picked up when they were awaiting a person to whom the ivory was to be sold. The tusk weighed 1kg 200 gms.
