BONGAIGAON, Nov 16: The Bongaigaon Refinery of Indian Oil Corporation Limited has been awarded the second prize of Oil and Gas Conservation Fortnight (OGCF) Award, 2009 in Group-2 category. A Saran, Executive Director, and SB Kakoti, GM (Technical), along with other executives received the award from PK Sinha, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, in the presence of Sarthak Behuria
