DONKAMOKAM, Nov 28: One teenager named Bimal Malang (15), of village Deramukh under Donka police (11 km away from Donka) was torn into several pieces by herds of elephants today at 6.30 am. He was a class VIII student studying in Phangtengphrang High School. At the same time, several bighas of paddy of the village were damaged. As mentioned earlier, these herds numbering more than 100, has been creating sleepless nights these days. The victim was out to chase them along with the rest but fell prey to jumbos.
