GOC-in-C reviews NE security situation
GUWAHATI, June 10 (PTI) - GOC-in-C Eastern Command Lt Gen Bikram Singh today reviewed the security situation of the North-East region in Assam.
Lt Gen Singh took stock of the prevailing situation and security arrangements with his formation commanders at the Gajraj Corps (4 Corps headquarters), defence sources said.
The GOC-in-C (General Officer Commanding-in-Chief) was received by Gajraj Corps GOC Lt Gen Gyan Bhushan on his arrival at the 4 Corps headquarters at Tezpur in Sonitpur district.
