GUWAHATI, April 12 – The Kamrup Mahanagar Zila Parishad of Sadou Asom Lekhika Samaroh Samiti is organising the first Padmabhusan Puspalata Das memorial lecture on May 3 from 2 pm at Sangeetacharja Lakhsiram Barua Sadan here.
