GANGTOK, Dec 9: To drape the intra-party contention following its dissident legislator PS Tamang’s thumping announcement yesterday, the Sikkim Democratic Front (SDF) today took another bound forward by appointing DT Lepcha as the party’s incharge for Tamang’s Upper Burtuk constituency in East Sikkim. According to a communiqué from the party’s General Secretary (Administration) SK Pradhan, the move has been taken in exercise of the power conferred upon him vide Para five of the Article 20.1 of the SDF party.
