July 14: More than two hundred parents and guardians of the students of Jawahar Novodaya Vidyalaya (JNV), Darrang assembled at the school premises at Kalaigaon from the very morning on July 12 with an unusual gift in hands. The gifts were nothing but four saplings of local fruit yielding trees or valuable trees of its timber value to be planted at the school premises.
